Branded App Fallback Pages
Keep every Hub app tile reachable: when a federated app is missing or fails to load, the shell shows a branded fallback instead of a broken route.
The OL Hub platform shell loads product apps (Designer, OL TermIQ, OL AppIQ, OL DataIQ, OL Code, OL Planner, …) as federated remotes. When a remote is not part of the installation or fails to load at runtime, users no longer hit a blank screen or router error — the shell renders a branded fallback page for that app.
