CICS API bulk creation (Populate from CICS)

OL CoreIQ turns registered CICS programs into governed System APIs in bulk. From an OL-CICS → Browse or CTG → Browse page, Populate from CICS queries installed programs through CMCI, matches them to COBOL source members, extracts linkage-section copybooks, and adds selected programs to the CICS catalog. Publish those associations to expose them on /api/v1/... and in the dynamic OpenAPI document—then test from Browse or Swagger via OL-CICS or CTG.
